Do I need to know anything about websites?
No. If you can answer a few questions and type on a page, you can build your site. There is nothing to install.
I already have a domain. Can I use it?
Yes. It stays yours, registered where it is now. You add one record there to point it at your new site, and we show you exactly what to add. Your email is not affected.
What if I do not have a domain yet?
Buy one from any domain registrar, which takes a few minutes, and use it here. It stays yours.
Can I use my own photos and logo?
Yes. Add them whenever you are ready. Until then the builder shows stand-in pictures, marked as placeholders, so you can see how your page will look. A live site carries only your own pictures: add yours, or choose the design without photos, which looks finished as it is.
Can families book and pay on my site?
If you want it to, your site can sell gift vouchers and visit passes. Families pay by card, the money goes to your own account, and they get a code by email to show you. It is optional and has no monthly charge: we keep 2% of each sale. Booking a session or a party online is not built in: your site's main button can go to the booking page you already use.
What is the preview?
Before you go live you can publish a free preview: your site at a web address you can share with anyone. It is marked as a preview and search engines are told not to list it. It stays up for 30 days after you last publish it, and your work stays saved in your account after that.
Do you build custom websites?
No. We do one thing: ready-made websites for family venues. That is how the price stays low.
