Arcade and games centre

Press start on a great day out.

Arcade machines, air hockey, a light-up game floor and a laser maze under one roof.

Blink & Beat is an indoor arcade with something for every age: sixty machines from the classics to racing seats, air hockey tables, a floor that lights up under your feet and a laser maze to beat.

Choose your game

Load an arcade card and play what you like, or book the game rooms for your group. A host shows you how each room works, and nobody needs to have played before.

    Air hockey

Four full-size tables. Fast, loud and over in three minutes, so everyone gets a turn.

  • Two children mid-jump over a floor of glowing pink, cyan and yellow tiles, seen from the knees downPlaceholder photo

    The Grid

A floor of light-up tiles. Step on the right colours, dodge the wrong ones and clear each level as a team.

    Laser maze

Climb, duck and twist through a room of beams against the clock. Touch one and you lose time.

Bring the whole team

School groups, sports teams and work parties play head to head, with a live scoreboard and a host to keep things moving.

Questions

Do we need to book?

Not for the arcade: load a card at the counter and play. The game rooms run in sessions, and booking online keeps your group together.

How do arcade cards work?

Load a card with credits and tap it on any machine. Credits never expire, and you can top up at the counter.

How long is a game room session?

Sixty or ninety minutes. Your team moves between The Grid and the laser maze as you like and can replay any level.

What should we wear?

For the game rooms, clothes you can move in and closed shoes with flat soles. You will be stepping, reaching and ducking.

Can adults play?

Yes, and plenty do. The machines are for everyone, and the game rooms get harder as you go.
